Meditation by the Sea

If there is one thing that’s certain, it’s that life is uncertain. Oftentimes we are thrown off course by life’s little challenges and curve balls, we can’t control or predict these, but we can control how we react and respond to certain situations.

During your coaching sessions, you will learn the power acceptance has over your mental wellbeing. When we learn to accept a situation, we can find peace and space in our minds to work on solutions.  With a clear and healthy mind, you can learn how to exert your power of choice over whatever life throws at you. There is always a choice to be made, most significantly, the choice to remain or the choice to move past, and that choice is always yours.

You will also gain helpful insights into how to manage stress and anxiety on a general level to increase your confidence in working through the day to day. 

As a PT and life coach, I understand that our minds and bodies are intrinsically linked, good physical health contributes to good mental wellbeing and vice versa.  It is impossible to function at our peak potential if we neglect either of these factors.  

Poor physical health may lead to fatigue, low mood, reduced self-confidence, supressed immunity and poor concentration, none of which is conducive to living your best life!

My Physical and Nutritional training packages offer you the opportunity to care for your body and can be taken independently or alongside a Progressive Life Coaching packages. 

After a comprehensive investigation of your current physical state, all clients will receive entirely bespoke plans, tailored to their specific goals, anything from Fat loss, Strength and Conditioning, Reintroduction to exercise and Nutritional Guidance.

Inline with all my other Coaching services, you will learn how to become the expert on your own body, what you need and what works for you. You will become adept at reading your bodies cues and acquire the tools needed to make sure you are always firing on all cylinders.
